A unique annual program
Ready-to Perform is a development program for professionals with approximately 3 to 8 years of work experience, covering both hard and soft skills. The program lasts one year and the participant is given the opportunity to take control of achieving a personal business and a personal people goal. In addition to the fixed modules in the programme, the participant can also opt for elective modules that are in line with the set goals. As a result, the program unfolds as a 'tailor-made' development year.

In the design process, we investigate together with you how Ready-to Perform can be integrated as well as possible into the daily business of your organization. So that the content is tailored to the language of your organization and the learning experience optimally matches daily practice.

For NXP we have created an annual program for employees who are going to take the next step in their development. The trajectory consists of fixed modules and optional components, in which self-directed learning is central. The participant builds up their own development portfolio in our online learning platform.
